Description
This drawing Study of a Seated Man Holding a Bag is characteristic of Bega’s graphic technique. The attitude of the model posing cross-legged, opening a bag, is particularly natural. His curious and concerned expression also looks very lively. The model is seated on a bench. That bench was also used by Bega in his drawing Study of a Young Woman Seated recently on the art market.
